今回は名曲を紹介します。
ToToのAfricaです。
この曲は大好きな曲でいつも勇気付けられてきました。大航海時代から第二次大戦時までの間、西洋人にとってアフリカは冒険すべき大地であり、新しい挑戦に対するロマンを象徴するような土地だったんじゃないかなと感じています。そうした中でこの曲も共感を得たのだと思います。
私個人も新しい環境へチャレンジしようか迷っているときに心に響いた曲です。
今から何かに挑戦する人にぴったりな曲です。
